Even if they reached the top they are not getting out of there either - unless you left it open!
Malu the rescued Syrian lives in one, which was a gift. His brother, cocoa, is in a bin. I posted on them already in Hamsters.

I don't think the dwarf could get out even if it was open. During the day, I would leave it open (if I recall) and all three of ours were fine. I then closed the top at night.

There wasn't a tube that led to the top. There was a tube that led to their attic, but that was it besides the ones that connected them to another CT Classic.

Could they climb ANY big wide vertical tube?
I discovered my dwarfs could in a CT2.

Yes, that's how they got to their attic. And they could climb the tubes leading to the other CT Classic and the ones we had around them too. They seriously needed to jump high to get out of the Classic.

Yea, the dwarfs can climb better than I expected even in a wide tube.
