If buns get cold, do they nest like hamsters to try to keep warmer. You know, do they like try to hide inside some bedding? I assume they don't owing to their size, so their rooms have to be kept warm??

My bunbuns weren't the most successful with the whole potty training thing, needless to say Jake didn't like stepping into the occasional bunny piddle, or night droppings. My bunbuns now live in my cellar, with visits to the great upstairs and they are still fed and watered daily. My basement isn't heated, it never goes below freezing, but it gets chilly down there. Bunnies will bed with hay, it serves two purposes for them food and bad. They don't always use it for warmth, I think it's just a soft place to sleep. Cognac

Interesting. My hams really use soft tissue paper to make large nests they almost disappear into.

My hams and mice use Scotts bathroom tissue for bedding along with thier aspen. Cognac

That is softer tissue than Marcal, although a tad more expensive.
I think my crew has it pretty cozy; just check the photos in the Habitat forum.

right in england people that have bunnys have had that but how can u do it why not rehome it i think its a terrable thing to do
