I think it is an amazingly good job.
You secured the wire mesh with nuts and bolts?
I really will like to know if your ham prefers one area or uses the whole thing equally. Please keep us informed.
Oh yea, what happens to the CT2 cage?

yeah, my dad decided this would be the best way, so we got a pack of nuts, bolts, and washers.
I didnt want to peak up on yuiko to much, so far when i walk in she rushes to the tubing and hides. And the CT2 will be cleaned and stored away with the rest of the cages. I have 2 other ones.

I could use three CT2's for some spiny mice! But Texas is too far. Keep us posted on how Yuiko likes the new cage.

Nice, Hollie! Yay for helpful dads! It is nice to see that--weren't your parents less than thrilled about you having another hamster?
I hope Yuiko comes to enjoy that fun-looking cage!

Yes my parents don't like the idea of yet another hamster, the only reason they got me another one was so I don't feel as lonely. Errgg Yuiko can be frustrating sometimes. Well she settled in into the tubing, the exact place i DON'T want her to sleep, hide food and use as a bathroom. I removed it right now so she could find another area to cuddle up then ere in a bit ill replace it hoping that she doesn't decide to go back to it. You can see in the bird eye view of the bin cage you can see her in the tubes..thats exactly where she wants to sleep. She picked up another hobby. Well every morning as soon as i wake up I Give her seed mix in her bowl. She used to ignore it till the night time begins. Now almost right after i put it there she runs, stuffs it all in her cheeks and hides it. And BTW The You can see Yuikos name written on the bin. "Hawatari" is not her last name its her middle name. I didn't put our last name on there for safety reasons

I've mentioned that when I had dwarfs they invariably used tubes as a bathroom so much so much so I moved them out of the Habitrail and into a bin.
Yes, Syrians can be unpredictable, and that is better than doing the same thing over and over.
