Linda - - - - - They removed 57+ rats from a cruelty and now need to find homes for them. She said they are all ages (baby-adult) and some are hairless. I myself have 7 rats from there myself, since they are extremely high-kill. The sucky part for these rats is the only word we get is from a wonderful worker there who alerts us, gets us pics, temperament reports if possible, etc. They never make it on the Hamilton SPCA website anymore. My guinea pig rescue friend and I have found new homes for previous rats, done the long trek to pick them up thru her rescue and take them to their new owners. I have been on quite a few of these pickup/transport runs. I need to get the word out about these rats asap.

I suggest you also try craigslist for Toronto. toronto.craigslist.org/And be sure the damn snake people are avoided.
