Linda Blair was a well-known actress a few decades ago infamous for her associations with pea soup, a crucifix, a broom handle, and a head that could revolve and revolve. She also posed topless in a magazine, but was not a bad actress. She dropped out of sight for a long time - and has emerged running a very big animal rescue group; she specialized in pit bulls but not exclusively. She has been doing this for a dew decades and it is quite an achievement. Please check this out: lindablairworldheart.com/As for me, today the local pet store that well knows me showed me three Syrian hamsters in need of help. They were said to be "a year old", and although I doubt that they clearly are adult. What was wrong with them is that 2-3 weeks earlier, owing perhaps to overcrowding, their testicles had been biten off! whoa. What is interesting is that they have been sleeping together peacefuly for weeks, and are doing so right now here with me. of course Syrians should be housed separately, even siblings from the same litter. But these guys are like oxen (compared to bulls), so maybe a more docile nature will evidence itself. this should be interesting to see. They are a few yards from me sleeping in a big heap like gerbils! I will keep you posted.

That's nice that you rescued them. Better safe than sorry, I'd separate them if I were you.

Ah, yes--Linda Blair! I remember her well.
I imagine Fuzz's testicles being bitten off, and I cringe. . . . hope all goes well with your three new boys.

They are very quiet sleeping in a heap. Any aggression and they separate. We shall see.
(I wonder how many people know what I meant when I said "pea soup"?! lol).
