Yes, Goblin looked exactly like that! And I mean exactly!! Paco was a grayish color, like the normal Chinchilla coloring. He was older though and a bit skinnier than Cinder or Candy are, but he was the friendliest in my opinion.
And yes, I know I have to take more pictures of them, especially of my favorites. I have two pictures of Thumper and Cisco.

Today sadly a pig named Sadie went down today. She wasn't feeling well on Sunday and the vet tried everything he could for her, but it wasn't enough. She didn't eat and couldn't stand, it wasn't fair for us to keep her like this. In fact, to me, it looked like she wanted to die. I did end up crying just a bit. Sadie wasn't my favorite pig, but she was an annoying but loving kind of animal. So rest in peace Sadie, you will be missed.

So sorry. We do get attached to them as they do to us. Photos are always welcome. Take them while you can.

NO!! My favorite bunny died today and I was the one who found her too. I was hoping she was sleeping, but sadly that wasn't the case. Fawn wasn't even 2yrs old yet. She will be missed. I liked it how she would always bound her way over to me when I fed her and then she would let me pet her. She was always very sweet when the children wanted to pet her; I'm sad she's gone. Rest in peace sweet Fawn.

That is very shocking and it happened to me many times. Yea, it is a sickening feeling. I don't want to think of the times it happened to me. Jessica, Frosty, - GPs. I mean animals I KNEW were not old and showed zero signs of any problem. Yea, I sure know how it feels. So sorry. Many times I feared the worst, though, blew on the critter. . . and he/she moved! Whew. We would appreciate photos so we can remember them better. RIP Fawn.

I'm going to take some pictures of them tomorrow before another animal goes to Heaven. I'll finish up early before lunch and then after lunch I'll take their pictures. Plus I may be able to get some good shots in since I can go in their pens. Fawn was a good bunny, big one too. Her breed was a Flemish Giant! en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Flemish_Giant

Pretty bunny on the link there. My problem with leaving the rabbits out of the condo is the cats go IN the condo, hang out there, and use the rabbits' litter pan! as time permits, I will supervise more.

I got most of the photos. I just need a few more animals like Colombo, Scooter, and others, but most of them have nice shots! And again with this heat!! A porcupine died during the night. He will be missed, I think he was the one who would always greet you when you came with his food. Poor guy.

Oh crap. You have fans in there? I don't know why some die suddenly. I talked about that already. I posted in Robin's thread about the burial MY woes - heat, humidity, and I could not do any burials last week as a result.

Sorry to read about all these losses, Katie. Rest peacefully, all.
I have never found a pet dead, although, yes, DF, there have been some scares that required some fierce blowing and some prodding, even.

Two little chicks died last week that I was trying to take care of. I named them Hansel and Gretel because they were lost, then found. Their stupid mother chicken deserted them and we rescued them. But sadly they didn't pull through. So rest in peace Hansel and Gretel.

I forgot to write about Oliver, the GP. He died some weeks ago due to old age. He will be missed as he was a sweet GP. Also, my co-worker's dog had to be put down today. He was a 13yr old Rottie named Thor. So rest in peace Thor.

Rest peacefully, all.
I have had a development that doesn't bode well for one of my "kids." More soon.

Now another hedgehog went this morning. But I had a feeling he was going to go soon cause he was off alone and not near his brother. Kathy, a co-worker, found him when she went to take him out to show him to a birthday party. Don't worry the kids don't know. So rest in peace Salt. I have had a development that doesn't bode well for one of my "kids." More soon. ^I don't understand you there Robin, sorry.
