Okay just settle down, it's nothing to fret over. I just call it a dilemma cause I don't know what to do. And no--don't worry Chewie doesn't need a vet.
Alright now that we have your heart rate down to its proper level, let's continue shall we? I'm going to my Grandmother's birthday party this Saturday (we leave Friday) and the whole family is coming (or my Mom hopes she can come). Now here are the questions I hope you can help me with or give me a decision at least, please.
Some of you may remember that my Grandmom lives up in New York. The last time all of us could fit in their house because my aunt/uncle were away, but if my Mom goes we'll need a hotel because of her problems and I'm allergic to their two dogs. It doesn't matter really if we all go, or three of us go....but here is the problem.
I'd like to bring Chewie with me. I hated leaving Harriet behind and after the dwarfs went I decided to take my hamsters with me on any vacation. But I'm uneasy leaving them in a hotel, even if we have the "do not disturb" sign on there. Sophie was fine, but I still worry.
If I do take Chewie, I'd like to buy or bring something for him to go to the bathroom in. I don't want him going in his nesting area as when he began that, when I first got him, it was a bugger to clean. So is there anything I can attach to a CT1 for him to go potty in?
I could ask my co-worker that I trust (he's had/have hamsters) but it'll only be for one day, two max. Do I ask him or shall I ask my neighbor, who we trust and has had hamsters, to take care of Chewie?
I'm afraid Bob, our neighbor, will be too busy as he's a maintenance man and he just finished having surgery to his neck. I don't want to trouble him.
If my Mom stays than Chewie stays and I'll feel better with that or I wish I somehow knew where you guys lived to just leave Chewie with you; I'd feel better that way also.
I don't want to leave my baby behind. What do you suggest I do? Also what can I connect to a CT1 for Chewie to go to the bathroom in?
If I can't find anything I'm going to tape like mad his attic (aka petting zone) to his tube for him to go in.
Thanks all.
