Yes, but I thought the whole point of the ball was to prevent the hamster from getting loose, hiding, or vanishing if roaming free. ---- I only let my tame hamsters roam... and under my supervision, of course. My Robo's are limited to my hands and their cages, only. XD

I have far too much stuff to let any critters roam even under supervision! ;D They could duck under something, like a couch, and vaniosh! So, how is your tank coming?

Heh, if mine crawl under my bed (it's raised pretty high up), then I just pull up the bed skirt and grab them... hehe, the only little guy who ever crawls under there anyways is Charlie, who's slow as a turtle when he's relaxed.... I'm starting to work on it today! ;D The materials are ready in my room, I was going to start working on it earlier but my best friend got back from camp and wanted a sleepover.

Hope you had fun. Keep us posted. I just finished 2 1/2 hours of heavy duty habitat cleaning--three hamster bins, and two large messy GP cages. They are cute, but they make the biggest messes of any rodent, and they can't be trained to use a litter box as rabbits do instinctively. Whew.
