I have seen a lot of buns with "dwarf" and "mini" in their names popping up on our SARSBC Petfinder. The plan (which is still under wraps until I figure everything out and Andrea I trust you not to mention it) is to adopt a pair of little ones (not necessarily young, just small) for my birthday coming up. I haven't made a ton of new friends here and don't have a ton of people I want to go out and party with, so I figured I'd take the money I'd spend on a party and put it towards the rescue and give a bun a home instead! The people I do know would be cool with just staying in and making nachos and watching a movie or something.
Basically whenever I'm home and awake the buns would be out with me. I work between 12-24 hours a week and have school 12 hours but that leaves times before and after work/school. That's about 2 hours in the morning and 2-3 at night. EASILY 2 hours a day, some days more.
So I'm hoping it works out as I've wanted to support the buns more. This also leaves me with enough space for the rodents so if we get an emergency foster home needed I will still be available for that. I want your honest opinions as I want to give the best home possible.
