So as of yesterday morning some of the mice haven't been looking so good.
Rabbit (the unsexed lone mouse) was listless... no fight when I picked him up. He was still eating and drinking but I had a feeling he wasn't going to make it through the day. After returning home from school last night, I found him half burrowed under his wheel (his favourite hiding spot) unmoving.
The two white female mice were also not looking so good. Goose (named from Mother Goose of the nursery rhyme about the blind mice) had gotten the hunched-back of SR rodents, and Nippy (you can guess how she got her name) had her tumour getting larger while she got thinner. Both passed on sometime last night.
Now only Spyder is left as her friends have crossed the rainbow bridge. May all three other mice RIP.

Condolences. They are, as always, like "furry flowers", ephemeral, and lovely for the brief time we have them.

Aw, I'm sorry Dez. May Rabbit, Goose, and Nippy all rest in peace.
