Yankees CHOKE it UP big time in the 2012 ALCS

Overswinging. Everyone wants to hit homer runs. History October choking. All of that with the New York Yankee hitters.

I have seen it several Octobers before including last year and the year before that. Some like swisher have never hit in October.

This was why I did not go to a single game this year and paid little attention to the team all year.

GM Brian Cashman takes the hit for signing these guys. Many have to go.

Dad was upset too as he's a big Yankee fan. I think he's only watched one game and it's a shame that Jeeter (sp) is out.

I expected this in October after the last two years of choking. Too many big swinging homer hitters who can be pitched to by GOOD pitching.
