Well I got thinking this morning about the duo of Sonic and Tails, Well we all know you can't have sonic without tails!. Well I went upto Pets at Home this morning to have a look around (Actually I took Mom to Tesco but you know...) Well I saw this beautiful little speckled black and white hamster, which I had never a colour like this before. Anyway I didn't buy her because I had just got Sonic. Well it's been playing on my mind all day! Come 8pm this evening I decided to go up to KFC for some popcorn chicken (bearing in mind KFC is half hours drive from me) well I drove up by Pets at Home on the off chance it was open, well it was! So without a doubt I brought that little girl I saw this morning. Tails, 5 week old little Girl. So call me a softy. or just plain mad, but I got two new little friends today, and it's made a miserable month alot more happier. Kane

Oh well I have done it again! I went into the pet shop this morning to buy some carefresh and some milk drops. Anyway the usual story, I fell in love with a little cinnamon banded male and thought 'Kane, you must have that hamster or else the world will end' So I had to buy him for the sake of this planet Sonic settling in. He's housed at the moment in a sterlite container which he seems to love. He is 5 weeks old. So you must understand, it was for the sake of the earth! Kane

They don't use collars, Storm's wound was glued together with a type of surgical glue, which means it doesn't matter is he licks it. The glue eventually desolves as the skin heals.

As some of you know, Storm had an operation last week to repair a twisted intestine. Well since then he's done nothing but go from strength to strength. Well tonight I just had to take this picture of him munching on his favourite snack! Storm will see in the dark alot better now. This is really giving me a serious boost, as after loosing Delta this week, I felt like something hates me up there. Anyway I hope you all enjoy this picture as much as I do. Kane

I was just going to bed when I did my usually check on the hamsters and found that little Delta has died. I have no idea what has killed her as she was running around her wheel about an hour ago. It looks like she has gone in her sleep as she was curled up in her nest. The worse thing is she is only 3 months old. She was one Thunder and Blaze's pups. She is Vee Man's brother. Admittingly she was tiny for her age, she was a little bit like Shadow, he never really grew. Words cannot describe how I'm feeling right now, I must be being punished for being such a jerk to some of my friends. Delta - 1/11/03 - 31/1/04 Rest in peace little girl Kane

Hi all, Blaze's pups went to there new homes yesterday, well I have took some pictures of the 3 (yes 3..) of the little dudes I am keeping! Well here they are! Lightning sat in my hand Little Twister, I was going to call him Nitro, but the name doesn't fit such a tiny hamster! So Nitro is his middle name Anyone remember a kids show called 'Playschool'? well 'Lets have a look through the arched window' Twister looking very innocent 'Peek a boo!' Diesel filling his face! The proud mom Blaze filling her face! we can see where Diesel gets it from! Well they were five weeks old yesterday, Twister and Lightning is still very tiny compared to Diesel. I would say both were the runts of the litter. I am leaving them with there Mom for an extra week while Diesel is now in his own cage Cute ain't they! Kane

How dangerous is this? This is a picture from PMS which is posted on the forum. Sadly I quite like the girl who posted it but that doesn't stop me feeling discussed with this picture. Hey Tom, remember when you and I got into trouble when we went off on one over a picture similar to this? ;D Kane

I have just cleaned Blaze out and decided to take a few pictures of her pups. Look at the tiny little pup, well thats Nitro! I would say he's the runt. Washing line anyone? Everyone seems to pile on top of little Nitro! Even Diesel has a go! He definitely has his mom's markings. A nice treat of warm milk and bread, they all had such mucky faces when they had finished! As you can see, there all doing very well. I'm a little worried about Nitro, he is alot smaller than the other 7. However he does eat alot and he don't let the others boss him about! Kane

The funny thing is, I didn't call him Diesel because I like the fuel!
When I lived in Texas a long time ago, one of our family friends had a Boxer dog called Diesel, so the name is really in memory of him.
