I know you had more than me, but when we buried Theo, Benny, and Harriet, and Sophie (all went at different times), we buried them near each other, but not on top of each other. That's why I said that.

I bet they were. They're always humble; every time I thank one, they thank me for my thanks to them.

So I was coming home from walking Luke at seven-something-am and just decided to look up. Well looking at me was this cool looking hawk!! He was starting right at me, then looked to the left, and flew off. He had an awesome wing-span and was tan/white. I didn't see the whole bird, just the front of him and his wings (which were very feathery as if the bird was stocky--storing for the winter?). The most I can guess (as from looking it up) it could've been: 1) Broad-Winged Hawk: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Broad-winged_Hawk2) Red Tailed Hawk (I thought I could tell what they looked liked): en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Red-tailed_HawkI believe I saw the first one as this is what the hawk looked like on the branch (of a favorite tree my brother and I used to climb). I hope to see it again so I can really get a good look at it. But it was still a neat sight to behold!

Oh you put them all together, for some reason I thought you separated them. Rest in peace all.

Nice pictures. Everyone should always thank a veteran when they see one.

Hovawarts aren't that hairy or as big as a Leonburger is, so that's why I think it's a Leonburger. If the photo is a double, I don't comment on it. Maybe that's why I didn't on those photos.
Hope you're getting ready for the big storm coming!

Problematic for US ^I'm sorry, in what way? It's only a glass animal.
Although changing REAL animals' names is more serious, of course. ^Not really. People do it all the time; I watch Houston SPCA and when an animal comes into their lives and they don't like the name, the family will change it. I changed Chewie's name and like most animals, they get used to it after you keep on calling them by their new name.
There was an older Beagle at Best Friends and her name was Bright Eyes, then for some reason her name was Ruby. So we began calling her Ruby Bright Eyes so she could get used to the name change. She's bright and she got it. Not a problem at all.

Got to some at 7:30am in the morning, didn't answer them all yet as the brain is not working this early. Some rare breeds I know by heart like the Stabyhoun and Kooiker Dog. One day maybe without allergies I will have a Kooiker, but right now they're really rare outside their native Netherlands. Podengos maybe becoming less rare as you say, but still you don't see many people walking them and they aren't AKC registered making them rare. Besides there are some AKC dogs that are rare like the Icelandic Sheepdog or the Beauceron. No! I didn't see the Animal Planet Cotons growing up although I thought "they look familiar." AP has reruns, I'll look it up when it's on again. The English Bulldog is said to have gas too, plus they snore. Yes, I saw the old guy, 15 is good for a dog that size. Normally the quote is, "The bigger the dog, the shorter the lifespan." Kind of funny how I have to ask you hints and years ago you had to ask me what the breeds were. You're learning, nice.

Problematic? Oh get real, it was only a glass animal. Besides he never made it to the real races that matter like the Derby, Preakness, and Belmont.
Robin--in case you're wondering what we're talking about, I have a glass animal that was already called Seabiscuit, but I don't like that name anyway for any horse. So I changed it.

Challenge accepted, let's see if all those months of looking up dog breeds helps. I'll post here and on FB, will you be answering the question I (and others) have if we put the breed up to know what it is?
--The 2nd pic looks like an Irish Water Spaniel. --The Golden is gorgeous!! I love that color on them! --The Kuvasz (right?) is very pretty looking. --The Podengo is cute and they are a rare breed. Not a somewhat rare, they are rare. --You took a picture of a Chinese Crested Powerpuff as they're called when they have fur. They're by far cuter than the hairless in my opinion. --The pic before the Bedlington, is that a Lagotto Ramona? (sp) --The Bedlington always looks odd to me. --The Norwich is very cute!!
The rare puppy photo, do you have a picture of the adult? With any puppy it's hard to tell the breed, many people say this too.
Omg, I love Stabyhouns!!! They're so pretty and sweet; you're so lucky you saw one!!
The one shaggy dog, is he a Berger Picardy?
--One of your brown/white dogs is rare! He's a Kooikerhondje, I love this breed! If I could have one I would; they're sweet and cute and I love them!! You're so lucky you saw one! --Another shaggy, curly, gray dog you have looks like a Pumi, if so they're rare too. --I can't think of the breed's name although I can see the breed, so I have to come back to you on it. Some kind of hound.
--The fluffy tan/white cat is very pretty. What's the breed? Maine Coon or the New Forest? --The white cat and tiger looking cat are pretty too. Is the tiger one a Bengal and the white one with tan ears a Turkish Van?

If it was stupid or odd, yes, I'd change the name. I always change names, I change them to what I like. If I don't like the name, it goes. And they're suited to a more better name.

Dad was upset too as he's a big Yankee fan. I think he's only watched one game and it's a shame that Jeeter (sp) is out.
