I wandered around a bit on YouTube after re-watching Gerbils of the Caribbean and found this. The music is of course not original, but the video is entertaining! www.youtube.com/watch?v=kpdSQ1v-4h8

You want to please tell us what it is about before I take the time to download it?

Sure. It's a music video of sorts. The creator took movie clips showing someone(s) dancing and spliced them together, setting the action to the tune of the famous Hamster Dance. Here is the creator's description: "Here we can enjoy a small selection of people expressing themselves in exotic/geeky dances from the film industry. I use the track "Hamster Dance", originally made by Hampton the Hampster, and remixed by The Blue Man Group. Here is a small list of the films I use: The Emperor's New Groove, Some Like It Hot, The Music Man, Looney Tunes, The Blues Brothers, Garfield, The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, Rush Hour, Batman Forever, Batman, X Men: The Last Stand, Jesus Christ Superstar, Lord of the Rings, Titanic, Lost In Space, and many many more. " Given your fondness for movies, DF, it might be worthwhile to download it. You could certainly recognize many more scenes than I could!

I will watch it tomorrow. I have to go and I have to eat. Tell me this, if I download any such from YouTube, and that includes the Gerbils video, how can I save it to the Hard Drive? (If you know).

I can't figure out how to do it. Do what? If you mean the video, you let it load and then click on the play button. *shrugs*

You asked about saving a YouTube video to the hard drive. I don't know how to do THAT.

You asked about saving a YouTube video to the hard drive. I don't know how to do THAT. Ohhhh. I thought I was missing something. If I download for viewing a YouTube video I would think there'd be a file somewhere that could be saved. But we don't know.
