Here's some pictures that I took of my bunnies on my mobile earlier today. These are my rescue rabbits. I brought them home from the animal sanctuary today, and I think that so far they're very, very happy! These pics were taken just after I'd got them home because my colleagues wanted to see them. I've got a lot more on my phone now that I'll be showing you all tomorrow! Right now, they're binkying around the room. This is the second time I've written this, as the black one decided to jump onto my keyboard and managed, somehow, to not only delete the entire post but to go back a page, too! They're beautiful and very cheeky The names I've got in mind for them are Princess (the Dutch one), Queenie (the black one) and Duchess (the albino one), or Heather, Bracken and Thistle, or Sage, Sparrow and Sasha.... which set do you all think suits most?

Thanks for the compliments They're complete rascals... they love being free, and I was sitting on the floor with my laptop so that they could get used to me just being there. When I picked my laptop up, I noticed that my mouse wire had been chewed through! Cheeky little buggers They're still timid, so there's a while to go yet before they're as tame as I home they will be, but that's fine - I'm just enjoying watching them A bunny is the ultimate cure for any kind of depression!

BTW, I found an electric wire slightly gnawed by wild agouti mice. But I caught three of them today! With a Havahart.

They're not too keen on being held upside down yet (upside down meaning cradled like babies, 'hypnotized'.... I've tried it I did sit with the black one on my lap for about 1/2 hour yesterday, just cuddling her and talking softly to her, and she seemed happy enough. I did the same to the white one, too... but I don't think she was too happy with me! I woke up and she had what looked like wee all over her face and side, so I washed her face with a bit of water on my fingers. She sat still like a good girl and didn't struggle, but once she was back on the floor I got a right telling off with her thumping! They will approach me, which is good. When I entered their room yesterday, the little Dutch one actually took a few steps towards me before darting off, which I took as a good sign! I've had my toes and feet nosed too by the black and white ones. They've made progress already, and I'm so proud of them More pics to come!

Munching away... I think this is probably the most variety they've ever had! (Yes, I know there's probably too much stuff there for them, but I wanted to spoil them on their first day They enjoyed some iceberg lettuce (only two leaves between them, as I know it's not exactly healthy for them), a few little pieces of cauliflower, broccoli, spinach, green beans, baby corn, carrots and cucumber!) Binkie! What's in there? Two binkies! (The Dutch one's a blur in the background...) What do you think of the cage? When I'm home, the whole front bottom half is open, so they've got the entire room to themselves. All those binkies made me tired... Grooming time. What's this? Hey! It's Rodent Retreat! I want to type a message... Sorry the quality isn't the best... I took them with my mobile. I will remember to take the camera home with me today!

Hollie, start a new thread, please, for more photos. Download time can be too much for 17 photos. But thanks for posting them, just use a few threads or thumbnails. Or refer us to a Gallery. >> Hey! It's Rodent Retreat! I want to type a message... << ;D Funny!!

They are very cute bunnies! All of the names you have there are nice. I think Bracken is a cool name, only cause you don't hear it often, but it's mainly up to you.
