I bought a new harness for my bigger bunnies (Bo & Jackpot), so far only two of my bunnies go on leads, Bo & Aniseed. Well time to try out the new harness with Mr. Bo, he had a great time in it, running about, digging and eating grass and of course playing with his other girlfriend (though he has many) Whizzer. digging "What are you looking at?" "Your feet smell" "yeah well, you bend all funny" Kisses! Caught in the act! "Do you think anyone saw?" BTW: I really like this new harness, and plan to buy a smaller one for Aniseed. I find the velcrow So much easier to use and I don't feel i am choking my bunny if they pull away from me, it's like this harness is more like a vest.

I put a lead on Poppy. He almost strangled himself. And then escaped. I put a harness on Poppy, and he chewed through it. I think the same type you have. Maybe I put it on wrong. Whizz is always a charmer. And so are the buns.

The pictures are great, but the commentary is hilarious too! Whizz makes me want a dog. But the dog would have to be just like her!

See the fifth picture down? That was what Poppy was doing, along with going underneath somehow, in order to gnaw at the harness.
Not a problem for you??

Nope. One I don't allow them to chew on it, I will bring there attention to something else. If I was to just leave them with a harness on, they would chew it off, it's just what rabbits do My Cousin when she owned Bo would take him on a leach and harness in the backyard, she fell asleeep out there once and when she awoke, she was holding a half eaten leash and Bo was on the other side of the yard digging a nice big hole I believe Bo has chewed through 2 leashed (I usually use the "flexi Leash").

Walking a rabbit on a leash is more like a rabbit walking you on a leash. You just follow them around. Ani loves to run on the leash so i have to run behind her, i can just imagine what the neighbours are thinking "Look at that crazy lady chasing around a rabbit on a leash, what a nut job!" LOL
