Not everything else... lol But yes it sorta works. When i introduced Bo & Ani I placed their cages beside one another, so a sort of split screening. I also always took them out together, but had a divider so they could not hurt one another. There are MANY ways of introducing rabbits, and i feel it really depends on the rabbits themselves what intro you use.

Andrea, what are your top two favorite other ways to intro rabbits?

hhmm... Well I think the neatest way is a bunny party. Where you put a huge pen outside and add a ton of rabbits. I havn't been able to do this sucessfully yet. I have a few bun's who are not so friendly. The two most popular ways are in the bathtub and a car ride. The bathtub way you place a blanket in the tub and put both bunnies in it. There isn't much room for them to go, and the traction isn't to great. The car ride one is where you place both rabbits in a carrier together, and go for a car ride. The car can be a bit unsettling for the bunnies, so they will squish up together for comfort.
I think having play time, and watching your bunnies together is the best first step. This way you can decide what meathod you wanted to do next. Some rabbits will take to one another right away, some will hate each other the rest of their lives. My advise to anyone who wants to intro another bunny to the one they allready have, is to apply to a rescue, tell them about your bunny, and let them set up bunny dates, so that way your bunny can choose who they are most compatible with.

Very interesting and good advice. This was particularly clever:

Slick!
