[glow=white,2,300]I was watching a that show a few weeks ago, and there was a clip of and adorable male syrian escaping from his cage the caption was,"Even though a hamster's brain is the size of a pea, about 90% of it is dedicated to escape."!!!! There was another one on America's Funniest Home Videos, and a girl had just bought her new hamster(it looked like Ringy), and was just putting the food bowl in the cage when.....she hung onto the cage and it tipped right over!!!!! The table was too high, and the girl too short, so flip goes that hamster!!! Everyone in the clip was laughing like mad, I mean the hamster could've been seriously hurt!!!![/glow]

AFHV can go to hell. For starters. They have repeatedly shown scenes with animals that put the animal in danger - and thus they also encouraged others to stage situations that endanger animals. The two most despicable examples were when they showed a white mouse walking on its cage outside. All of a sudden a hawk swoops down and carries it off. Hilarious!! The other worst example was when a squirrel was loose inside a house - and the stupid humans, instead of just shooing it out the door, started chasing it with a broom and with an unleashed dog; the terrified squirrel was last seen running out the door with the dog right behind it. I could have punched theose two people right out if I had been there. Don't get be started on AFHV. Look AFHV up on the Web, perhaps on the ABC home page, and find the contact link - and complain! You can start here: netaudr@abc.com
