This is a news paper article we have posted on the Small Animal Rescue of BC site, as our volunteers are working with the press and local schools to educate children of animal cruelty. It took me a while to get the courage up to read it, though it is sad, there are no pictures or real grusome details. www.canada.com/richmondnews/news/story.html?id=ba7fac15-1158-423c-b7be-df3a5b60eb8b&k=84801It's sad & disgusting that children can think killing an animal is ok. I hope with our efforts we can stop something like this from happening again. Rest in Peace little bunny.

Aw, poor bunny. I hope it died quickly to not feel any pain. Stupid kids, I hope they find them and knock some sense into them. Hurting animals is wrong and they have feelings too. Now I need to get my mind off it and find something happy to read about. Poor bunny.

O-M-G.....Poor freakin bunny!!
Sad how kids treat animals. another example..
At my school wherever there is a hurt bird that can not fly, some kids has to toucher it by picking it up and throwing it back and for worth like a ball. Or plucking it feathers one by one. stepping on it head. Yes and this is a middle school. Whenever I see a hurt bird I always want to take it to the other side of the school or in a neighborhood where a group a birds usually hands around and where a group of kids wont find it. Though I can't save them all :[
