Last night I was lucky enough to find, abandoned, this tank in perfect condition - 24"x13", and 16" deep. It was found with a top, also in perfect condition. I have moved my natal rats in there. People throw out great stuff! It came with a wheel - a type I've never seen before. Looks a little hard to turn, but it is sturdy. Can anyone identify this brand or tell anything about it??

I have visions of DF dumpster-diving! ;D
Just kidding! But wow, what a find!

I likely saved $35+ AND alot of work lugging another home from a pet store a mile away. And this one is in perfect shape, unlike many cracked tanks I have rescued. I've never seen that wheel before.
In the past year I have found scores of VHS tapes of good movies, and a similar number of hardcover books, all discarded. Just two days ago I found "Leaves of Grass" - hardcover and perfect. My kitchen radio is a rescue. I am wearing jeans I found - NEW, CLEAN, PERFECT, and an exact fit. There were two of them. Why people discard this stuff I don't know.

It's a bigger and the back of it is missing, but other than those things it looks like the wheel from a CTZ.

But it is NOT a CTZ wheel, right? The tank it was found in is a "Four Paws" product, and on their site the mention "small animal products" - but I could only find those for cats and dogs.
