The hamster shows I have heard about are in California. It seems that is where the only hamster is located in the US right now. We need one on the east coast side. I got my two boy gerbils already registered for the show. I will be running the photo contest and the raffle/silent auction. If anyone has stuff to donate for the raffle/auction, let me know or email at: raffle09@hhgerbilry.comPhoto entries: agsphoto@hhgerbilry.com (gerbil pictures only) You don't have to be a member to enter your photo. Details here: www.agsgerbils.org/Shows/NEShow/There is going to be 2 pet classes. If your child wants to enter his/her pet gerbil, they can do so there. They need to register for the pet class at the site.

I don't have any current gerbil photos, certainly none that are really cute. And I would be loathe to send photos of deceased gerbils. But, if you want some, look at my Memorial Gallery photos (see my signature) and check out the gerbils there.

The gerbil show was fantastic!. My little boy Spot won a blue ribbon in the Black Mottled Class. I created a showpage with all the news, photos and videos from the show. Go check it out. My sister took the many videos. hhgerbilry.com/agsgerbilshowne2009.htmlIf you never seen a blue gerbil before, I have one pictured on the page. They were the first to be seen and shown in America.

Congrats to Spot. Smurf (blue): Does he have similar fur to Max the blue rat? kanez.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=rats&action=display&thread=2861Holy crap. I have had Max six months already! Anyway, I have six gerbs now, a lot less than I once had. No more until natural attitrion cuts down on my spiny and fancy mice. >> CALLEIGHï ½1 yr old Mot Argente Female << Pretty. Never saw one. Is that pronounced "calley", or "ca LAY". Callooh ca LAY? O frabjous day. (Anyone get that?) Nice gerbil site. Will take a long time to check everything out.
