Today , this morning at 4am I lost my best buddy to a grand mol seizure. He had been having mild seizures since 8pm and they kept building in intensity. We never left his side. We told him to go to heaven so he could play with Cody ( his Beagle brother ) again. My heart hurts so bad! My handsome Rhythm, I have no words to express the sorrow I'm feeling without you here. You are my best buddy, always there for me anytime I cried, always there to catch my tears, even this morning. You were an angel sent to me from God, and after 21 loving and happy years he called you home. There will never be another my bubby. I look forward to the day when I get to hold you again. I love you little man, and will miss you always! Rest in peace my baby. No more pain.

Hugs from me, too. I know exactly how it feels, we all do, as we have gone through it. So sorry. Remember the good times.

Thank you everyone for all your hugs and support. It means alot to us. Today is the day we take Rhythm to be creamated. I vividly remember the feeling I had walking in to the creamation place with my Beagle in my arms. I had a broken foot at the time and it was in a cast but I vowed to myself that I was going to be the one taking him there. The feeling of dred, panic and dispair. I know today is the last day I can see my bubby ever and its eating me up. But once again, thank you. Gotta go for now.

**HUGS** What a hard time for you right now, I'm so sorry for your loss. It's been very apparent in your posting just how much Rhythm meant to you and what a large part he played in your family. He lives a great long life with you, and you showed your apprection right down to the end, being with him when he said his goodbyes. You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers during this hard time.
Rest in Peace Rhythm... and say hi to Whizz for me she'll be happy to have another cat friend up there.

Hi everyone. Just wanted to say that Rhythm is back home. He is in a beautiful little black urn with gold etching. It is all so surreal to me. I feel numb. After we are done with our ritual of carrying the urn everywhere he will be placed next to his brother on the top of the entertainment stand. This is probably gonna sound crazy but I swear that I keep seeing him. Crazy or hopeful...I don't know which one. Until later...
