I have to look at the animals in PetsMart. It's like this on going thing with me, if I stop it all of the sudden I'll be out of my routine. Odd I know, but I like to look at them.
So Andrea...are your gerbils settling in well?

Yes they are. Civic is a bit shy, but Honda is very outgoing. My Hunny still doesn't know about them LOL.... Though I did tell him about the rabbit i brought home yesterday from the shelter she needs a bum bath and some bag balm on her. She's a beautiful red eyed white, most likely a New Zealand Rabbit.

What is a bum bath and what does a New Zealand Bunny look like? And that's good that your gerbils are doing well.

Bum Bath, is where I just sit their little butss in some warm water and wash them. So not a whole body bath, just a butt bath New Zealand bunnies are big red eyed whites, mostly bred for food it seems.

Let's no go there again. My parents took sitz baths - for their hemorrhoids.

Some of my fancy mice have red eyes; most have black. Genetics is curious in many ways.

I have red eyes after a long Saturday night. LOL As for the sitz bath... eeeeeeeeeeewwwwwwwwwww LOL We have some dwarfs at the shelter, I haven't seen any REW dwarfs i don't think. There is a really super cute REW Holland Lop who i make sure I cuddle every visit. At the neighbouring Rabbit Rescue the little dwarf i fell in love with just got adopted I should take pictures of some of their bunnies, they are SO cute. See we take mostly hurt/sick rabbits and we take them any shape or size, while other groups only take in ones they are sure they can adopt out, so fancy colours and breeds.

We await photos. As for the sitz baths, my father was a classic Freudian case and obsessed about certain things.

but eventually gerbils will come with different types of fur - long, short, silkie/satin, etc. Someone bred gerbils and has produced wavy fur! Can I post a link- or is it against the rules??

No, you can post those kind of links. Just the ones you feel are inappropriate shouldn't be posted like any other place, you know.
