Perfect weather. The Yoshino cherry trees, and some magnolias! The former are hanging types with twisted trunks and they bloom early. Lovely place on Battle Hill. Love it. The main cherry trees come later.

Saw some Quaker parakeets at Green-Wood where many live. Will post that link separately.

Since I am here, this is my old High School, Fort Hamilton, yesterday. The swimming pool is relatively new.

The odd looking house is a landmark, the famous Gingerbread House.
