Well I went to go feed the rodents, and all of my mice were dead, all of them, I had four left. All of them have died. I'm just so puzzled as to why. Time to go do some research. Cognac

What terrible news! I'm so sorry to hear about your loss! I take it there weren't any signs of illness, some sort of virus that may have spread quickly? Is there a chance they may have been exposed to carbon monoxide or such? Let us know what you find out .

I saw no signs of illness, and they are in the same room with the hammies, CO poisoning is unlikely, otherwise everyone would be dead. I've been checking the hammies, and absolutely nothing wrong, I may make an emergency appt at the vet just to make sure, I'm worried now, just all four (granted three were "due"), but the other one was still fairly young. I'm just confused as to why. Cognac

I'm really sorry to hear that! Could you possibly move the hammies to another room for a while, to be safe?

Shocking. (??).
Could not have been bad luck; there must have been something contagious going around. Moving the hams out temporarily is advised.
Let us know how the research turns out. I know nothing about mice maladies.
Sorry for the deaths.

Mice and rats seem to be particularly prone to cold - could the temperature have suddenly dropped?
