This is an older female Spiny who had a litter many months ago and who has not been around adult males for months. She is acting normally in every way. This condition is not new. If anyone can identify this, please post. (?) Warning: it is kind of gross! Female Spiny Mouse

Wow. Poor little thing. No, I can't help you identify that. Is it getting bigger? Maybe it's a tumor?

I don't think it is growing; if so, it is growing very slowly. Uterine prolapse is a possibility. The mouse acts normally.
