I got them at the pet store yesterday and carried them home in a gym bag wrapped in a blanket, with hot water bottles against the cold. Two are female The males have been separated out. The girls MIGHT be too young to be pregnant, although I can only estimate their age by size. The exact name for their color I will try to ascertain later.

Nice color, indeed!
What was their situation such that they needed to be rescued?

Who said they were rescued? The pet store I know had them and knows I like fancy mice. I suppose if I refused to take them they'd sell them separately to whomever - or feed the snakes with them.
