My Mother had a Black Rabbit Fur coat .... yeah she doesn't wear it either. My Dad wants to use the fur for Fly Tying. But back in the 'old days' that was fashion and there was less information on how these garments came to be.
Celsie is great with the rabbits .... he pretty much could care less of them half the time LOL He does think he's a little bigger then he actually is. I call him my Cat when people make fun if his size. I'm allergic to cats so he makes a great replacement cat LOL Double coats & yappy are not for me, I still have a thing for the pom poms, but they are terrible bred and I will probably never own one.
We have no choice in our Cannan. This pup will be picked from the breeder to us. It will most likely be Black & White and both bitch and stud and those colours. We have said we don't care about what sex either (Though Ryan wants a Female, but he'll love a male all the same)
I got on the horse in that dress ALL by myself LOL, and yes it got very dirty. It was just filthy by the time I took it off, so dirty I couldn't wear it to my second reception LOL $200 later it was clean

I'm glad you all enjoyed the pictures! This was in Clinton BC, it's about 4 hours from here. I am a traditional person in some ways, but I wanted our wedding to be about us, and not what other people think weddings 'should' be like. I've been told it was the best wedding by far from so many of my guests. It's funny though, My Dad & Grandparents came up a day early and thought "What the hell is she thinking" LOL They soon changed their minds. The Friday night before our wedding we got an amazing show of the Northern Nights, None of us who had already seen them had ever seen them this far south. And others had never seen them at all. It was an amazing sight. You can horseback ride all year long here. Horses grow winter coats. The only issues that can happen is snow balling up under the horses hoof, making it like they are wearing ice skates. I help out on my friends farm regularly and I enjoy round penning the horses. Learning the communication between them and us is just so cool. The horse I am most fond of is a little Quarter Horse Stallion named Muddy. I spend much of my time with him. This was a sign I made for our trip down to Utah in October. Most amazing trip I want to go back next year because I enjoyed it SO much. Utah is so beautiful. We went with members of our 4 Wheel Drive Club for a week. The drive sucked, took 2 days. But when we got there it was all worth it. Oh and another Birthday present I got from a friend of mine LOL

I press on their lips a bit to move the drop around if they don't swollow it right away. I had a gerbil who refused, and refused, faught so bad and then died in my hands... Porche. I felt so aweful, but she was obviously done and ready to die. That's always the crappiest, but i know I tried to help me, it was all i could do.

Yeah, my one vet made me this cool syrine for giving 'hanging drops' for small critter, either water to medicine. He usesed a Multi Dremel to remove the sharp off the end of a needle, smoothing it down. This way you can hang a drop and let it fall into the rodents tiny mouth, and they seriously just drink it up themselves as soon as it touches their teeth. If they bit the end it wouldn't do anything sicne it's metal.
I used this to medicate Bruce my Degu mostly. It worked great.

I find if you put the syringe just behind the teeth and on the tongue, you can watch them 'eat' it as you release small amounts into their mouth, since they are sitting up (not back) any excess can fall out the front of their mouth. It's smaller animals like gerbils and Hamsters I don't like doing this with b/c their mouths are so small, heck b/c they are so small and hard to handle lol

I would say average. The little ones we have at the shelter and half breeds so they look like baby Flemies They won't get any bigger then the 10lbs+ about that they are.

I sit him on my lap like you would a child, never upside down (that's where choking happens and inhalation of food). And I give him a mixture called Critical Care, it's amazing stuff! It's nice and mushy and fit's into a huge syringe, i put little bits in his mouth at a time (some will fall out, this is a very messy job lol) let him eat it and then give him a bit more. I do this for 10 or so minutes at a time, then he get's a rest for a while and we do it again. In-between i also force feed water. It may not be fun or easy, but it will save a rabbits life, so in my opinion worth every bit of trouble.

She passed away peacfully snug in her bed last night. So no need for the stress travelling in the freezing cold to be put down. I don't think i will get another Hamster, maybe when I have my own kids. When I decided on Issy it was mostly b/c I missed Happy Gilmore. But I know he was a 1 in a life time little guy. Issy was a beautiful little hammy, so much energy she really should have had a longer life, but such is life... unfair and sometimes crule. I'm glad to have come apon her, and able to give her a fun little hammy life.

Flemies can be 10 to 20lbs I've met some around 18lbs. There's that guy in Germany who breeds monster sized ones.

Issy has gone downhill, the tumor is just to large, it's causing her troubles walking and she's now leaking 'something' from her backside. I have made an appointment to have her put down tomorrow, i can't stand seeing her this way it's just so sad.
Poor little Hammy, at least i know though her life was short, she lived a very spoiled life with me.

Two thumbs up, what a paitant lady. I doin't think i'd have the restraint to not beat the day lights out of these 'breeders' (aka Abusers).
