I just saw on Facebook that he had passed, I'm so so sorry Robin! Ping was such a cool and cute hamster! It's a shame that they get tumors and live such short lives, but Ping had an awesome mommy and a great life. Rest in peace sweet Ping. *hugs*

I saw them on FB and replied to a few of them. I remember replying to the white ones and the Golden, but they were good photos of the dogs. The dogs looked funny or cute too.

Aw, poor Ping. Those tumors look like they hurt him, but they don't do they? He looks great however, though. He's a very cute hamster and has a great home with a great owner!

Aw, so sorry about Bennie. May he rest in peace. I tried looking up spiny mice on Petfinder for you, but I couldn't find any.

Welcome Sweetie! You should see if the other birds like her first before letting her fly around; you know maybe putting each one up to her cage if you can. *shrugs* Tana also means "wolf" in some Native American language.

The chickens used to do that all the time at Paws. We would give the eggs to the animals to eat, but it was hard to explain to the kids that they wouldn't hatch. Thankfully the parents could help them out there if we couldn't.
But yeah, they would still defend them. That's still neat that Francine or any kind of bird can still lay an egg without assistance from the male.

Those are nice names. Are you pronouncing Micah as My-kah or Mick-kah? And Mable from Robin's hamster? I knew someone with the last name of Foster in school; I had a crush on him.

No. It's not a story on RR, it's a Star Wars story actually. Yes, I have Earth pets in the galaxy far far away....

They do it in the US as well, the site showed many countries doing it and ours was one of them.

I know I can look here on RR at some of your lists. ^If I remember correctly, I took those names off my lists. I didn't want anyone to copy them if they came on here just lurking. But if you want, I can pm you the lists I have of all my names combined.

Thank you. There are some cat breeds that are cute and the Snowshoe is one of them. I have one in my story named Stardust.

Never heard of it till I looked at my calendar for this month. It's on the 4th because of St. Francis. It sounds nice where people make aware of endangered species and tell their pets they love them, but at the same time we do this every day. So I'm not really sure if we need a Day for it. But oh well.... en.wikipedia.org/wiki/World_Animal_Daywww.worldanimalday.co.uk/

We have one every year, I just couldn't do it for the last two. I took Sophie there years ago; it's always in our church bulletin.
